You can also send feedback from inside the app, using the feedback button. That is the quickest way to report a problem with a particular page, because it tells us where you were.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to give you a full reply within [[COMPLAINTS_SLA_DAYS]] days. If we need longer we will tell you why.

If your complaint is about how we handled your personal data and you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
