These are the companies that process data on Minteller's behalf, what each one does, and where it does it. We add to this list before a new provider touches your data, never afterwards. We do not sell personal data.
Amazon Web Services
Hosting for the application, the database, file storage, malware scanning of uploads, encryption key management and email delivery. Ireland region. Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg.
Stripe
Payment processing for client subscriptions: checkout, card storage, invoices and receipts. Stripe is a controller in its own right for fraud prevention. Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Ireland, with processing in the United States under Stripe's own transfer safeguards.
Twilio
Carrying video and audio during calls, and receiving your IP address in order to route them. Calls are not recorded. Twilio Ireland Limited, with processing in the United States under Twilio's own transfer safeguards.
logo.dev
Fetching a company's logo from its website domain so that organisation pages look right. Your browser requests the image directly, so logo.dev sees your browser's request and the domain, and nothing else about you.
Microsoft
Only if you connect an Outlook calendar, to read the times you are busy so that your availability reflects them. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
Google and LinkedIn
Only if you choose to sign in with them, and only where we have switched that on. They tell us your name and email address; they never tell us your password.
Changes
We will update this page before adding a provider. If you have agreed to the Privacy Policy we will tell you about a material change to this list.
