What the pilot is
Minteller is running a limited pilot with a small number of design-partner organisations and independent specialists, around five organisations and around fifty specialists. Its purpose is to test one thing: whether project people can find the right specialist, with the right capability, at the point they are genuinely available, more effectively than through the routes they use today.
These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and only while you take part in the pilot. Where they differ from the Terms of Service on the subject of payment, these terms win.
Who is taking part
You take part by using a pilot code or a personal invitation, or because an administrator has granted your organisation pilot access. Taking part does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship, and it does not oblige you to use Minteller for any particular amount of work.
What it costs
Nothing. Pilot access is free. We do not ask for a payment card, we do not start a subscription, and nothing converts to a paid plan on its own. If we ever introduce a charge, we will show you the price and ask you to agree to it before anything is charged.
What we ask of you
Keep your profile and availability accurate. Run real searches for real needs. Contact the people who look right. Tell us candidly what worked and what did not, through the feedback button in the app or by replying to us directly. You are welcome to run whole projects inside Minteller, but you do not have to: a successful search and a genuine connection is a success for the pilot.
What we will be measuring
We record a small set of product events so that we can tell whether the pilot is working, described in the Privacy Policy under The pilot. They never include what you typed into a search, the contents of a message, or the contents of a file. We may ask you, in the app, whether a contact led to work. Answering is optional.
Your content and confidentiality
Everything in the Terms of Service about your content, confidentiality between users, and security-sensitive material applies during the pilot exactly as it does otherwise. The pilot does not give Minteller any extra rights over what you upload.
How the pilot ends
The pilot runs until [[PILOT_END_DATE]], or until we tell you otherwise. When it ends, your organisation's access pauses after a short grace period. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted: your workspaces, files and messages are kept under the normal retention rules in the Privacy Policy, and you can choose whether to continue on a paid plan at that point. You may leave the pilot at any time by telling us, and the same applies.
Changes
We may update these terms during the pilot. If we do, we will publish a new version here and ask you to agree to it before it applies to you.
